The Ministry of Religious Affairs in Pakistan, with the help of NTS Mouvaineen, has significantly improved the Hajj experience for Pakistani pilgrims by introducing various support systems and safety measures, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free pilgrimage journey.

The Ministry of Religious Affairs and Interfaith Harmony in Pakistan has taken significant steps to improve the Hajj journey for Pakistani pilgrims. By appointing support staff known as 'Mouvaineen' through the National Testing Service (NTS), approximately 400 individuals have been selected to assist Pakistani Hajj pilgrims in Saudi Arabia. This initiative aims to provide better support and services to ensure a smooth and hassle-free pilgrimage experience.

One of the key improvements introduced is the use of an online Hajj app, which allows for quick and efficient resolution of issues faced by pilgrims. The presence of NTS-selected Mouvaineen alongside seasonal staff has led to a decrease in complaints, highlighting the effectiveness of this support system.

To enhance safety and security, measures such as providing identification lockets and bracelets, tagging luggage with copies of identification, and utilizing an online app for lost and found items have been implemented. These efforts have resulted in the prompt reunification of lost items with their owners and the rejoining of separated Hajj groups, easing concerns about misplaced belongings.

Furthermore, the ministry has introduced uniform bags with QR codes, advised pilgrims to label their luggage comprehensively, and established a dedicated Lost and Found Cell to streamline the process of tracking and returning lost items. The collaborative efforts of the ministry, led by Rana Mujahid, have ensured the swift delivery of luggage to pilgrims, assistance in locating unclaimed luggage, and guiding lost pilgrims back to their accommodations.

In addition to these initiatives, a comprehensive support system has been set up to address any issues that may arise during the Hajj journey. This includes a 24/7 helpline for problem reporting and a responsive team to resolve concerns promptly. By working closely with Saudi authorities, the ministry has facilitated smooth immigration procedures, accommodation arrangements, transportation services, and access to medical assistance for Pakistani pilgrims, enhancing their overall pilgrimage experience.

The Ministry of Religious Affairs and Interfaith Harmony's efforts, supported by the National Testing Service and dedicated Mouvaineen, have significantly improved the Hajj experience for Pakistani pilgrims. By prioritizing the comfort and safety of pilgrims, these initiatives have set a new standard in Hajj facilitation, allowing pilgrims to focus on their spiritual journey without logistical worries.
