The Ministry of Religious Affairs and Interfaith Harmony has established a structured process for the distribution of Zamzam water to pilgrims, ensuring easy access and enhancing the overall pilgrimage experience.

The Ministry of Religious Affairs and Interfaith Harmony has established a structured process for the distribution of Zamzam water to pilgrims participating in the government scheme. This initiative aims to ensure that pilgrims have access to the sacred water during their journey.

As part of the agreement, major airlines such as Pakistan International Airlines (PIA), Saudi Airlines, SereneAir, and AirSial have been assigned the responsibility of assisting pilgrims in obtaining Zamzam water at specified locations. These airlines will also be in charge of transporting the pilgrims safely back to Pakistan after their pilgrimage.

Pilgrims are advised to acquire Zamzam water from designated points at the airports before including it in their luggage. The collection points vary depending on the airline chosen for travel. Pilgrims flying with PIA, with the exception of those from Quetta and Sukkar, will be able to collect Zamzam water at Jeddah and Madina airports. On the other hand, pilgrims from Quetta and Sukkar traveling with PIA will receive Zamzam water at their departure airports in Pakistan. Similarly, travelers with Saudi Airlines, SereneAir, and AirSial will also collect Zamzam water from their respective departure airports in Pakistan.

This streamlined process ensures that pilgrims have easy access to Zamzam water, an essential element of their spiritual journey. By coordinating with airlines and establishing clear collection points, the Ministry of Religious Affairs and Interfaith Harmony aims to enhance the overall experience for pilgrims and facilitate their religious obligations.
