The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Board of Education has kicked off its annual intermediate exams with an impressive turnout of 441,732 students from diverse regions of the province. The Chairman of the All Boards Coordination Committee, Nasrullah Khan, highlighted the meticulous arrangements put in place to ensure the smooth running of the exams. A total of 2,012 examination centers have been established to accommodate the large student cohort. Additionally, a dedicated examination staff of 141,000 individuals has been tasked with overseeing the exams meticulously, ensuring strict compliance with all procedures.

To maintain the integrity of the examination process, surveillance cameras have been installed in examination halls across the province. These surveillance measures aim to monitor exam conduct and enhance transparency. Nasrullah Khan emphasized the rigorous protocols implemented to prevent any instances of cheating or plagiarism during the exams.

Meanwhile, in Sindh, the intermediate exams have been rescheduled to begin on June 1 instead of the initially planned date of May 28. This decision was made by board officials after securing approval to postpone the exams by four days due to logistical challenges. The Minister of Education granted the necessary permission for the delay following consultations between the board representatives and ministry officials.

The ongoing intermediate exams in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and the rescheduling of exams in Sindh underscore the significance of organized and transparent examination processes in the education sector. These measures not only ensure fair assessment but also uphold the credibility of academic evaluations. Students, educators, and stakeholders alike benefit from such meticulous arrangements that prioritize integrity and merit in the realm of education.
