Pakistani student Azeem collaborates with international students and Chinese champions to perform 'One Heart, One Dream' at the 9th Asian Winter Games Harbin 2025, promoting unity and friendship in winter sports.

In a heartwarming display of unity and friendship, Pakistani student Azeem, alongside 11 other Asian international students, collaborated with 2 renowned singers and 8 Chinese Winter Olympic champions to perform the original song of the 9th Asian Winter Games, “One Heart, One Dream”. This special event marked the 300-day countdown to the highly anticipated 9th Asian Winter Games Harbin 2025, held at the prestigious Harbin Grand Theater.

The song, “One Heart, One Dream”, encapsulates the spirit of unity, friendship, determination, and perseverance shared among the people of Asia and the athletes chasing their dreams. Azeem's rendition, supported by the international students, added an emotional depth to the performance, resonating with the audience.

Azeem, currently pursuing his master’s degree at Heilongjiang University in Harbin, represented Pakistani youth at the ceremony, highlighting the strong bonds between Pakistan and China and the inclusive nature of the Asian Winter Games.

Following the performance, Azeem expressed his pride and excitement, emphasizing the honor of participating in such a significant event. He emphasized the newfound friendships with Chinese Olympic heroes and the sense of unity felt among the Asian community.

The 9th Asian Winter Games Harbin 2025, scheduled from February 7 to 14, 2025, in Harbin, Heilongjiang, will feature 6 major events, 11 sub-events, and 64 minor events. As a follow-up to the Beijing Winter Olympics 2022, this tournament aims to bring together athletes from across Asia to compete in various winter sports.

Harbin, known as the “ice city” and China’s “Olympic champion city”, previously hosted the third Asian Winter Games in 1996. The preparations for the upcoming 9th Asian Winter Games are well underway, promising an exciting and memorable event for participants and spectators alike.
