With the collaborative efforts of Rescue 1122 and the local community, the bodies of the victims were successfully retrieved from the dam.

Following this unfortunate event, the Deputy Commissioner has taken a firm stance by enforcing Section 144, which prohibits swimming and bathing activities in dams and rivers.
