In a recent development, Additional Assistant Commissioner Timergara Hazrat Bilal successfully mediated a protest in Belambat regarding electricity load shedding. The protest, which had caused a sit-in by the locals, was resolved after Bilal announced that the provincial government had reduced the load shedding duration to 12 hours on all feeders. He assured the protestors and local leaders that any faults on the feeders due to load management would be promptly dealt with.
