The ISPR recently held investiture ceremonies in Lahore and Peshawar to honor army officers and soldiers for their exemplary service and sacrifice. A total of 30 officers and numerous soldiers were recognized with prestigious awards, showcasing the nation's deep respect and gratitude towards its brave defenders.

Recently, the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) announced the conduct of two investiture ceremonies by Lahore Corps and Peshawar Corps to recognize the exemplary service of army officers and soldiers. The ceremonies, graced by Corps Commanders Lieutenant General Syed Aamer Raza and Lieutenant General Hassan Azhar Hayat, showcased the valor and dedication of the recipients.

During the event in Lahore, a total of 25 officers were awarded Sitara-e-Imtiaz (Military), 27 officers received Tamgha-e-Imtiaz (Military), and 18 martyred soldiers were posthumously honored with Tamgha-e-Basalat, with their families accepting the medals on their behalf. In Peshawar, the families of four Junior Commissioned Officers (JCOs) and 29 soldiers were recognized with Tamgha-e-Basalat in remembrance of their sacrifice.

The ISPR revealed that five officers were decorated with Sitara-e-Imtiaz (Military) and 15 officers were granted Tamgha-e-Imtiaz (Military) for their exceptional contributions to the nation. Both ceremonies were attended by a significant number of senior army officials and the families of the awardees, reflecting the deep respect and gratitude towards the brave individuals serving the country.

The investiture ceremonies conducted by Lahore and Peshawar Corps stand as a testament to the unwavering commitment and sacrifice of the Pakistani army officers and soldiers.
