Multan authorities, in a joint operation by MDA and PHA, crack down on city encroachments to maintain aesthetics and uphold regulations.
In a coordinated effort, the Multan Development Authority (MDA) enforcement team and Parks & Horticulture Authority (PHA) recently carried out a joint operation to address violations and encroachments in various areas of the city. The operation targeted fruit stalls, sheds, signboards, and both temporary and permanent encroachments along several key locations including Seydan wala bypass Chowk, Model Town Chowk, Wapda Town Chowk, Nagan Chowk, and Sahu Chowk.
Prior to the operation, nursery farm owners had been warned about encroachments, indicating that the authorities had taken proactive measures to address the issue. The joint operation involved the participation of MDA enforcement officials, PHA enforcement officials, heavy machinery, and other related officers.
This crackdown highlights the commitment of the Multan authorities to maintain city aesthetics, ensure public safety, and uphold urban planning regulations. By targeting violations and encroachments, the authorities aim to create a more organized and visually appealing environment for residents and visitors alike.
