Punjab faces surge in Road Traffic Crashes

Over the past day, Punjab has experienced a concerning surge in Road Traffic Crashes (RTCs), with a total of 1358 incidents reported. These accidents have tragically resulted in the loss of at least 13 lives, while leaving 1,464 individuals injured. Among the injured, 686 people suffered severe injuries and were swiftly taken to medical facilities for urgent treatment. Additionally, 778 individuals with minor injuries were provided immediate medical assistance by Rescue Medical Teams at the accident sites.
