Qaiser Khan's Family Explores Thandyani During Eid Holidays

During the Eidul Fitr holidays, many families like Qaiser Khan's took the opportunity to explore the natural beauty of Thandyani in Pakistan. Equipped with camping gear and delicious food, they indulged in various activities amidst the scenic surroundings.

Qaiser, a former Wapda employee, along with his sons, enjoyed traditional songs and spent quality time fixing up their tents in Thandyani. They savored local delicacies like Chappli Kabab and Polao while basking in the rainy weather and blooming flowers.

For many, like Qaiser, the dream of visiting Galiyat finally came true after travel restrictions due to the pandemic were lifted. The high cost of accommodation and food in tourist spots prompted them to opt for camping as a more affordable alternative.

Thousands of tourists flocked to northern Khyber Pakthunkhwa during the holidays to explore the region's waterfalls, rivers, and lakes. The government plans to develop Integrated Tourism Zones in various areas to further enhance the tourism experience and attract more visitors.

Despite the rainy weather, the response from tourists and adventurers was remarkable, making destinations like Galiyat, Thandyani, and Kaghan popular choices for holidaymakers. The development of these zones aims to boost tourism in the region and position Pakistan as a prominent international tourist destination.
