The Green Youth Movement Club (GYMC) at the University of Agriculture Dera Ismail Khan (UAD) initiated the 'Plantation Drive-2024' on Wednesday. The event was inaugurated by Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Shakibullah and Registrar Abdul Basit Khan, who planted a sapling on the university premises to mark the beginning of the drive.

Addressing the audience, Prof. Dr. Shakibullah emphasized the importance of trees in enhancing the beauty of the environment and serving as a crucial source of oxygen. He highlighted the global threat of climate change and stressed the significance of planting more trees to combat this challenge.
