These centers have been strategically placed to swiftly address public complaints related to water and sanitation issues. WASA has diligently carried out maintenance work, such as de-silting sewerage lines and boosting the capacity of disposal stations with generators to tackle heavy rainfall effectively.

During emergencies, residents can reach out to designated officers in various subdivisions of the city. Each officer has been provided with a dedicated mobile phone number for quick assistance. Moreover, a toll-free number and a Whatsapp contact are also available for lodging complaints, ensuring easy accessibility for the public.

WASA emphasizes the importance of responsible waste disposal practices, urging residents to refrain from dumping solid waste in gutters and sewerage lines to prevent blockages. It is advised to avoid any digging activities during the monsoon season and ensure proper drainage from building basements. Boiling water before consumption is recommended as a safety measure.
