Controversial Youtuber Adil Raja faced a significant setback in the London High Court as the court ruled against him in a defamation case brought by retired Brigadier Rashid Nasir. The court rejected Adil Raja's request to pay only £35 per month towards the £10,000 fine imposed on him, instead ordering him to pay around £13,000.

Adil Raja, who was represented by Mahtab Anwar Aziz of Central Chambers Law Solicitors, will not be able to recover his legal fees from Brigadier Nasir. Central Chambers Law Solicitors, owned by Ahmad Jawad, was established in collaboration with an Indian partner, Mannu Vaish, around seven years ago in London.

Ahmad Jawad Gondal, also known as Ahmad Jawad, has faced accusations of organizing attacks on Pakistani institutions through press conferences and protests funded by him and his Indian partner. Adil Raja was directed to pay £5,000 for a rejected application and an additional £5,000 for failed security costs.

The High Court found that 9 out of 10 publications by Adil Raja were defamatory towards Brigadier Nasir. Adil Raja initiated his campaign against the retired officer through social media posts, leading to the legal action filed by the brigadier's UK lawyers.

During the trial, it was revealed that PTI UK activist Shayan Ali, supported by Ahmad Jawad's employee Mahtab Anwar Aziz, was facing mental health issues. False allegations of terrorism, corruption, and other serious crimes were made against Pakistani institutions without evidence, resulting in a £10,000 fine on Adil Raja for defamation.

The ruling in the London High Court serves as a reminder of the consequences of spreading false information and engaging in defamatory actions. Adil Raja's case highlights the importance of responsible communication and the legal repercussions that can follow defamatory statements. It is crucial for individuals to verify information before sharing it publicly to avoid legal troubles and uphold ethical standards in communication.
