Anti-Narcotics Force (ANF) conducted three successful operations across Pakistan, resulting in the recovery of a total of 74 kg of drugs and the arrest of two individuals. The operations were carried out in different regions of the country, showcasing ANF's commitment to combating drug trafficking.
In the first operation, ANF seized 70 kg of hashish in the Saranan area of Pishin. The significant quantity of hashish indicates a major blow to drug smuggling activities in the region. In the second operation near Motorway Toll Plaza Sheikhupura, ANF apprehended an individual in possession of 2 kg of opium, 1.5 kg of hashish, and 1 kg of Ice. This arrest highlights the agency's vigilance in intercepting illicit substances before they reach the streets.
The third operation took place in Hayatabad, Peshawar, where ANF recovered 150 grams of Ice from another suspect. The successful operations led to the registration of separate cases under the Anti-Narcotics Act against the arrested individuals.
