Additionally, efforts will be made to simplify property transfers and reduce legal complexities by assigning a unique property number to each seller.

Moreover, the digitalization process will improve services for overseas Pakistanis, including the Overseas Property Transfer Service. This service will provide facilities such as Record of Rights-Holders (FARD), Mutation, E-Girdawari, and Registration, making land ownership and transfer processes more modern, efficient, and accessible.
