Madam Khalida Rafiq emphasizes the importance of vocational training for women's empowerment and national progress. Sarwari Rafique handicraft school recognized for offering diverse skill development programs.

Madam Khalida Rafiq, the Divisional Director of Social Welfare & Baitul-Mal, recently highlighted the crucial role skilled women play in the development of our country. She praised the Sarwari Rafique handicraft school for providing training in various fields like dressmaking, fine arts, fashion design, cooking, beauty parlor, and computer skills. The Social Welfare Department, under her leadership, is committed to supporting skilled individuals by offering a range of facilities.

Emphasizing the significance of vocational training, Madam Khalida Rafiq pointed out that skilled workers contribute significantly to national progress. She urged women to consider vocational training as a means to earn a respectable living from their homes. At a certificate distribution ceremony held at the school, she honored women who successfully completed different courses.

The event was attended by General Secretary Muhammad Arshad Qasmi, Principal Javarya Arooj, and other dignitaries who recognized the efforts of the society in empowering women through skill development programs.
