Sindh Minister for Information, Transport & Mass Transit, Sharjeel Inam Memon, has reaffirmed the government's commitment to revitalize the transport sector in Sindh, particularly in Karachi, for the benefit of the public. During a visit to the BRT Red Line site, Memon emphasized the government's dedication to completing the Red Line BRT project without any delays. He acknowledged that the project had faced setbacks due to utility services, but assured that the provincial government would ensure its timely completion.

Memon highlighted the significance of the Red Line project as a key initiative of the PPP-led Sindh government, emphasizing the government's focus on addressing public issues. He assured that the government was actively working on various projects and aimed to finish them within the set timelines.

Addressing concerns about the cost of bus infrastructure, Memon acknowledged the challenges faced by university students during the project implementation. He also mentioned issues with the People's Bus Service operation due to electricity load shedding by KE, urging the power entity to resolve the matter promptly.

Regarding political cooperation, Memon emphasized PPP's commitment to supporting initiatives that benefit the country's development, regardless of the party's position in the government. He concluded by acknowledging May 9 as a significant and somber day in the nation's history.
