Wapda Implements Generation Restrictions for Tunnel Safety

Hydropower project management has taken a crucial decision following the detection of a significant operational issue a month ago. The issue caused notable pressure fluctuations in the project's headrace tunnel, as stated by Wapda. To ensure the safety of the tunnel, project management initiated restricted generation operations at 530MW on April 6, based on consultants' recommendations.
