District Police Chief Zahoor Babar Afridi chairs a meeting focusing on combating crimes, intensifying police actions, and engaging with the public for community safety.

A recent meeting held at the DPO Office, chaired by District Police Chief Zahoor Babar Afridi, focused on reviewing the police's efforts in combating various crimes in the district. The meeting highlighted the importance of addressing heinous offenses, drug trafficking, illegal weapons display, and street crimes. It was decided to intensify police actions in these areas and to continue conducting open courts to address public concerns.

Key police officials, including SP Investigation Arshad Khan, SP Headquarters Khaleed Khan, SP City Shafiqur Rehman, SP Rural Muhammad Nawab Khan, Circle SDPOs, SHOs, and investigation officers, attended the meeting. Together, they assessed the law and order situation in the district and commended the district police for apprehending 209 criminals and seizing significant amounts of drugs and weapons.

District Police Chief emphasized the equal application of the law to all individuals and urged police officers to enhance their actions against criminals. He also highlighted the importance of engaging with local elders to resolve disputes and continuing public outreach through open courts and educational seminars on combating drug abuse.
