Saudi Ministry Ensures Safe Completion of Hajj Pilgrimage

Over 850,000 pilgrims recently completed the Tawaf Al-Ifadah ritual in Makkah, signifying the end of the sacred Hajj pilgrimage and the start of Eid Al-Adha festivities. This ritual holds great importance in Islam and is a key part of the Five Pillars of the faith.

After returning from Mina, pilgrims perform the Tawaf Al-Ifadah, following strict security measures to ensure their safety at all times, especially at significant locations like the Jamarat Bridge and the Grand Mosque. Organizational plans and modern technology have been utilized to cater to the diverse needs of pilgrims. Despite the availability of shuttle bus services, many pilgrims still opt to walk, presenting a challenge to the authorities in managing the pilgrimage effectively.
