Minister Tarar Ensures Safe Return of Pakistani Students

Amidst the recent challenges faced by Pakistani students in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan, the Federal Minister for Information and Broadcasting, Attaullah Tarar, has reaffirmed the government's commitment to assisting and ensuring the safety of those returning home. A total of 540 students have been brought back on special flights, with Minister Tarar personally welcoming 170 students at Allama Iqbal International Airport.

Minister Tarar commended the government's proactive measures in safeguarding the well-being of the students, highlighting Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif's close monitoring of the situation and swift actions taken to address any concerns. Despite the distressing events in Bishkek, no Pakistani student was harmed, a fact that Minister Tarar expressed gratitude for.

The government's primary focus remains on the safety and education of the returning students, with plans in place to repatriate them once the situation stabilizes. Minister Tarar emphasized the special attention given by the Prime Minister, with ministers present at airports to ensure the students feel supported and welcomed. Additionally, a special flight is scheduled to bring back injured students, showcasing the government's dedication to promptly resolving any issues faced by the returning students.
