The Anti-Narcotics Force in Pakistan conducts successful operations seizing drugs and arresting traffickers, demonstrating a strong stance against drug-related crimes.

On May 23, 2024, the Anti-Narcotics Force (ANF) carried out a series of operations across Pakistan, targeting drug trafficking activities. These operations resulted in the confiscation of over 24 kg of drugs and the apprehension of four individuals involved in the illegal drug trade.

In Rawalpindi, a package originating from England and containing 28 grams of marijuana was intercepted at a local courier office. Near the Swat Motorway Toll Plaza in Nowshera, a suspect was found in possession of 12 kg of opium. Similarly, in Attock, another individual was caught with 12 kg of hashish near GT Road. In Quetta, two suspects were found with a total of 126 narcotic tablets.

All the arrested individuals have been charged under the Anti-Narcotics Act, signaling a strong stance against drug-related crimes in the country. The ANF continues its efforts to combat the menace of narcotics and is conducting further investigations to dismantle drug networks operating in Pakistan.

The successful operations conducted by the ANF demonstrate the commitment of law enforcement agencies to curb drug trafficking and protect communities from the harmful effects of illicit substances.
