CM Murad Ali Shah launches Automated Fare Collection System

Sindh Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah has introduced Pakistan's first 'Automated Fare Collection System' for the Sindh People's Bus Service in Karachi. The system is initially operational on two key routes, with plans to expand to other routes within 90 days. The launch event, attended by officials including Mayor Karachi Murtaza Wahab, highlighted the system's features such as contactless payment and reloadable balance, aiming to enhance public transport efficiency and safety.

The Automated Fare Collection System is part of the Sindh Intra-District People's Bus Service Project, which aims to streamline cashless transactions and improve commuter convenience.
