Under the leadership of Inspector General Syed Ali Nasir Rizvi, Islamabad Police has launched the 'Nasha Ab Nahe' initiative to combat drug abuse among the youth. The campaign focuses on creating awareness, cracking down on drug dealers, and protecting the younger generation from the harmful effects of substance abuse.

Since the inception of this movement, the police force has taken decisive action by arresting 558 drug dealers and initiating 540 cases against them. Substantial amounts of drugs, such as hashish, heroin, ice, and liquor, have been seized during these operations.

Inspector General Rizvi has highlighted the societal pressures and lack of guidance that often push young individuals towards drug addiction. He emphasized the devastating consequences of drug abuse on both users and their families.
