Mir Darya Khan Qureshi leads anti-encroachment drive in Larkana

Assistant Commissioner of Larkana, Mir Darya Khan Qureshi, recently spearheaded an anti-encroachment operation in various parts of the city to enhance public safety, maintain order, and improve traffic flow. The operation primarily targeted illegal encroachments near prominent areas such as Attaturk Tower, Bakrani Road, and Empire Road.

During the operation, unauthorized structures like tables, chairs, and signboards obstructing pathways in front of shops and along the roadside were swiftly removed. Additionally, a ban on encroachments was enforced in key zones like Shaikh Zaid and Station Road. The crackdown also extended to illegal constructions and shopkeepers found charging unauthorized rent from vendors.

The municipal administration is committed to ongoing efforts to combat encroachments and alleviate traffic congestion issues stemming from unlawful activities. The Assistant Commissioner stressed the significance of residents and businesses adhering to regulations to facilitate smoother traffic movement across the city.
