Minister Mansoor drives Bakhshabad Dam completion

The construction of the Bakhshabad Dam in Farah Province is gaining momentum as the acting Minister of Energy and Water, Abdul Latif Mansoor, pushes for its rapid completion. During his recent visit to the site, Mansoor stressed the importance of expediting the project, with the first phase expected to be finished within the next year.
