In an effort to combat profiteering and hoarding, the Mirpurkhas administration has implemented measures to regulate the prices of naan and chapati in the district. Deputy Commissioner Dr. Rasheed Masood Khan has issued a notification detailing the fixed prices for different types of naan and chapati.

According to the notification, Tandoor Naan weighing 180g is priced at Rs. 25, 150g at Rs. 20, 120g at Rs. 15, and Chapati weighing 80g at Rs. 10. These prices aim to ensure fair pricing and accessibility of these essential food items for the residents of Mirpurkhas.

Furthermore, all hotel owners are mandated to prominently display the price list to inform customers and avoid any discrepancies. Strict penalties will be enforced for any violations of the set prices, emphasizing the administration's commitment to upholding consumer rights.

If consumers encounter any issues or observe price violations, they are encouraged to report complaints to the Deputy Commissioner's Control Room at 0233-920070.
