The inaugural symposium on 'Innovations in the Field of Medical Sciences' recently wrapped up at Wah Medical College (WMC), aiming to promote a culture of research in the medical science community. The event saw enthusiastic participation from over 500 students representing various medical institutions across the country.
Retired Major General Farrukh Saeed, the Pro Vice Chancellor of the National University of Medical Sciences (NUMS), graced the occasion as the chief guest. Teams from Peshawar Medical College and Army Medical College stood out with their exceptional oral and poster presentations, clinching the top spots. Principal Retired Major General Abdul Khaliq Naveed praised the students for their dedication to research endeavors.
