In a recent crackdown on Friday in Mianwali, authorities took action against illegal decanting of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) and improper installation of LPG gas cylinders. This operation was carried out under the guidance of Deputy Commissioner Khalid Javed Goraya and the District Task Force Committee Chairman, Assistant Commissioner Mianwali Numan Mehmood Rana, in coordination with Civil Defence and Traffic Police.

The inspection targeted LPG decanting shops and vehicles situated on Talagang Road. As a result, three shops were shut down, and three vehicles were seized for failing to comply with safety regulations regarding LPG handling and installation.

This decisive action highlights the commitment of the authorities to ensure public safety and prevent potential hazards associated with mishandling of LPG. Such operations serve as a reminder to all businesses and individuals involved in the LPG industry to adhere strictly to safety protocols and regulations to avoid endangering lives and property.
