The Sindh Home Department has launched an investigation into several officers suspected of securing Grade 17 positions through fraudulent means. The focus of the probe is on candidates from various provinces who allegedly used fake Sindh domiciles to pass the Central Superior Services (CSS) exam. The concern is that these individuals may have illegitimately obtained roles like Assistant Commissioners.

Among those being investigated are individuals such as Arslan Chaudhry, Kamran Ahmed Asadullah Gondal, Makhdoom Malik, and Owais Brar, who are believed to have obtained their Assistant Commissioner positions through deceitful methods. The authenticity of the domiciles of Raja Abdul Salam, Rana Ziaur Rehman, and Hania Minhas from the Office Management Group, who secured Grade 17 jobs, is also in question. The Sindh Home Department has instructed for a thorough inquiry and prompt submission of a report on these cases.

The investigation by the Sindh Home Department sheds light on potential fraudulent practices in the recruitment of Grade 17 officers. It underscores the importance of upholding integrity and transparency in the selection process for government positions to ensure that deserving candidates are rightfully appointed.
