FDA Cracks Down on Unauthorized Housing Colonies in Faisalabad

The Faisalabad Development Authority (FDA) has recently taken decisive action against four unauthorized housing colonies in different areas of Faisalabad. The FDA Director General revealed that during inspections of various housing schemes, it was uncovered that the colonies known as Ali Garden, Grand View City, Ayesha Block, and Tech Town in Chak No. 117-JB, Chak No.122-JB, Chak No.120-JB, and Satiana Road were operating without proper authorization.

Consequently, an enforcement team, under the leadership of the Estate Officer, moved swiftly to seal the premises of these illegal colonies and dismantle their structures and sales offices. The FDA has stressed the critical importance of steering clear of investing in such unauthorized housing schemes to safeguard against potential financial losses.
